Half the South Australians favour nuclear dumping
A poll finds nearly half of South Australians supporting government plans to bury all the world’s nuclear waste in the state. More than 100 sites across South Australia will be visited during a three-month public engagement programme about the plans. More than 60 towns and suburbs would be involved. 1,000 people have signed up for dump “jury duty”.
