Zum Anlass der Demonstrationen, die in Rom und L'Aquila während des
G8 stattfinden werden, haben das Legal Team Italia, das Legal Team
Europa und die Europäischen Demokratischen Anwälte ihre Rechtshilfe
angeboten, um die Grundrechte der Versammlungs-, Rede- und
Informationsfreiheit zu schützen.
In den Tagen, in denen das neue italienische "Sicherheitsgesetz",
das zivile Freiheiten und konstitutionellen Garantien bedroht, von dem
Parlament und dem Senat gebilligt wird, ist es wichtig, die
Demonstrationsfreiheit nicht beschränken zu lassen.
Darum sollen alle Menschen, die eine Rechtshilfe benötigen, sich an folgende Organisationen wenden:

L'AQUILA: Die Anwälte des Legal Team werden an die Demonstration am 10. Juli (Start 14:00 Uhr am Bahnhof in Paganica) teilnehmen, sowie auch bei Kundgebungen und anderen Demonstrationen anwesend sein. Sie werden durch die Schrift "Legal Team Europa" auf dem T-Shirt gekennzeichnet sein.

For the demonstrations that will take place in Rome and Aquila against the G8 summit, the Italian Legal Team, the European Legal Team and AED -- Avvocati Europei Democratici ("Democratic European Lawyers") have set up a legal assistance organization to defend the fundamental rights of free speech, free movement and freedom of information.
Now that the "security package" ( http://www.statewatch.org/news/2009/jan/08italy-security-package.htm ) has been passed as a law, seriously undermining civil liberties and constitutional rights in Italy, it is fundamental to maintain that the freedom of free demonstration cannot be restrained.

L'AQUILA: Legal Team lawyers will attend the 10th July demonstration leaving at 2 pm from the railway station in Paganica.
