(Spanish State) Comrades from Operation Pandora I, dismissed!

Raus aus dem Knast!

The comrades from Operation Pandora I (Spanish State), are dismissed! In none of the cases any of the charges could be proved. In a writ, the judge Carmen Lamela, head of tribunal number 3 of the National Court in Spain, has decided to dismiss and to close the case against 11 people, who were still charged under antiterrorist law, accused of membership of so-called "GAC" (Anarchist Coordinated Groups).

This case closure is added to the previous dismissal of the second part of this police operation, where other nine people were charged, which has been closed in June last year. In the case order the judge claims that "Despite the time that haselapsed, almost three years and in spite of various and successive telephones interceptions, all kind of reports that have been collected until now. The only result which there searchers were able to obtain, is a verification that the people under investigation relate to people from anarchist collective, some of them with a criminal records, as well as with people who have been charged of membership of GAC.

In the successive reports they merely informed about meetings, travels and visits in prisons.” In addition, the writ continues, "I insist, there are only statements of generic nature and no objective base, which could be founded inprovided transcribed conversations”. She also refers to several electronic components confiscated from accused people and assertsthat: “ According to investigators report; In the only four components which National Cryptologic Center has been able to decoded, hasn'tbeen extracted any relevant information to the case”. Thus, the judgestates that "Ultimately, since there is no substantial progress in the case which would allow to continue with the investigation, despite time elapsed, no new facts have been obtained which could be sufficient evidence to support the police suspicions, that such persons maybe carrying out certain activities within anarchist movements or terrorist groups. Neither it has been demonstrated by the Public Prosecutor's Office." In this way, the judge has agreed to dismiss and close the proceedings, and has given three days to appeal against this decision. She has also agreed to revokepreventive measures taken against the defendants.

This, and as long as the decision is not appealed, will terminate two police operations known as Operation Pandora I and II, which have been carried out in December 2014 and October 2015. In the dismissal order of second part of the police “razzia”, thejudge has already criticized the police (mossos) for not providing any evidence, which would link the defendants with the groups which they were accused of embership. This all, after numerous detentions and police searches of libertarian venues. In that case order the judge censored that: “ The only result which theresearchers were able to obtain is a verification, that the people under investigation relate topeople fromanarchist collective.” In other words, that is, the only thing what they worried about was to prove the membership of libertarian environment. We should bare in mind that these operations were launched together withthe detention of another five people accused of placing bomb in the Basilica of the Pilar, even though this process and its investigations date back to 2012. After these detentions came “Operation Pandora I” (16^th of December 2014), “Piñata” (30^th of March 2015), "Pandora II" (28^th of October 2015) and "Ice" (4^th of November 2015). Five operations based on the accusation of a terrorist organization held against a one coordination group -Anarchist Coordinated Groups, so called “GAC” by the press and the police, which led to 69 arrest, pretrial detentions, prison sentences, seizures of bank accounts for raise solidarymoney with the arrested people, even a attempt tosignone of the defendantsaspolice collaborator(Quim Gimeno case), or try to associate a puppets company with the "GAC" and the book "Against democracy" because of theircritiques ofrepression against the anarchist movement(puppeteers case).

All the support that we get during all this time, was necesary for keep strong, for keep on fighting, we can’t forget that the solidarity it’s one of our bests weapons! We send greetings to our comrades in prison! Especially our comrade facing represion and in prison in Köln, accused of bank robbery in Aachen in 2014.

All our solidarity for the fighters in the streets, the anarchist prisoners, comrades on the run and all rebels, who even suffering represion are keeping on fighting!

For the revolt, for the Anarchie!
