Update zur Situation von Kostas Sakkas

Kostas Sakkas

PS. Kollega, der Kampf geht weiter…
Bleib stark."

Ebenso wurden im Athener Stadtteil Pefki 2 ATM als Soliaktion angezündet. Erklärung: http://es.contrainfo.espiv.net/2013/07/04/pekfi-atenas-2-cajeros-automaticos-incendiados-en-solidaridad-con-kostas-sakkas/

Eine Gruppe "Irregulars Cell" bekennt sich zu einem Anschlag auf Fahrzeuge des Stromversorgers DEI:

"IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF ANARCHIST KOSTAS SAKKAS

Last night, June 29th, 2013, we torched a vehicle of the Public Power Corporation (DEI) in downtown Agrinio.

Strength to our captive brothers and sisters
Rage and consciousness"

"We do not accept and do not “legitimize” any pre-trial detainment or any convictions for any hostage of the state. The dynamic stream of solidarity to remanded hunger striker K.Sakkas has spread also outside the anarchist/anti-authoritarian movement and has caused stirs concerning the vengeful – and anti-constitutional – tactic of the juridical authority, in wider layers of society.

It also preoccupied the central political scene and became a matter of political confrontation between SYRIZA and N.D. There is however a matter of critique which concerns mainly the a/a movement: Is over-stressed in almost all announcements and texts of solidarity, that K.Sakkas refused ever being a member of the CCF – something which is true as it appears alos from the statements of the members of the CCF in the terror-court. In this way – and because 3 years now there have not been proportional mass solidarity events for the imprisoned members of the CCF – is indirectly expressed the position that THIS IS WHY anarchist K.Sakkas DESERVES OUR SOLIDARITY, while the rest “RIGHT AND JUSTFULY” held on remand and convicted with sentences of many decades…

Let those who do not know therefore be informed that Gerasimos Tsakalos also got another 6 months of remand beyond the 30months without having been tried yet… There are therefore these questions towards the solidarity movement: – Since when does the a/a movement “legitimize” the persecutions of fighters who come from its guts and divides them into “guilty” and “innocent”? – Since when has the a/a movement taken on the defence of the Constitution and oppressive laws of the state and asks for the faithful application of it as if we are a political party. – What initiatives of militant solidarity will we take on in order to support the dozens of imprisoned anarchists, independently of what organization or not they state to belong to? Lets stop the (comfy) divisions into “guilty” and “innocent” and lets develop a large and united movement of solidarity towards all anarchist political prisoners.

WE DO NOT GIVE AWAY ANY FIGHTING ANARCHIST TO THE HANDS OF THE STATE. FREEDOM TO ALL ANARCHIST POLITICAL PRISONERS.

THE PASSION FOR FREEDOM IS STRONGER THAN ALL PRISON CELLS."
