The Police places pressure on relatives and friends of jailed antifascists. Your support is needed

Antifascists Alexey Sutuga and Alexey Olesinov has already been in the Moscow "Butyrka" prison for more than half a year.

Investigator Y. Egorov, who conducts their case, is intended to modify the criminal case into more serious one. The criminal case was instituted in April 2012 as section 213 part 2 in Russian Criminal Code (hooliganism motivated by political enmity, performed by an organised group). Now it is going to be modified into section 30 part 2 and section 105 (these two sections together are called "murderous assault"), which presumes more serious responsibility. Instead of 1 or 2 years antifascists could be sentenced to 7-8 years of imprisonment.

Change of the punitive article is related to the arrest of the third antifascist — Alen Volikov. Alen Volikov was arrested on November 6th 2012. According to the investigator, he pertains to the fight happened in December 2011 in Moscow "Vozdukh" club.

This private club has been rented for an antifascist music event. Clubs management, without any agreement with organisers, has hired neo-nazis as a security. As a result, a fight has happened between security and concert visitors.

Lawyers and friends of Alexey Sutuga suppose the case to be modified as the "victim" Zakharenkov is under aged, and he was shot in his head directly during the fight happened on December 4th 2011.

Zakharenkov is a member of Ariicevs band, a young neo-nazi, band members have beaten and murdered non-russian people.

During a whole period of investigation, potential witnesses and relatives experience the pressure.

1. Policemen place pressure on the people under investigation. On the September 14 2012 FSB(Federal Security Service of Russia) officers visited "Butyrka" prison. Their visit was made not according to the procedural order, they launched treats against Alexey Sutuga, hinted at the fact that this would be to their advantage if Alexey Sutuga will stay in jail as long as possible. They have said, that he is going to be sued according to a punitive article, and they are going to prevent him to become a political prisoner.

2. On October 9 2012 Alexey Sutuga mother — Olga Nikolaevna Sutuga discovered, that her internet wallet (Yandex-Wallet), used to raise funds for a lawyer, has been cracked and all the money has been stolen.

3. On November 10 2012 1.00AM, witness of a defendant side — Dmitry Avalishvily, Alina Kolosovskaya and 2 other people were returning home from a concert. When they were approaching to their house, a man wearing a black jacket with a head covered with a hood came out from behind a car. He started shooting the guys. 11 shoots has been made. When the shouting started, they ran helter-skelter, that is why only Dmitry has been hit(in head). The pistol was a non-lethal (traumatic) and Dmitry was far enough, so the wound was not serious. Other guys was not hit. The criminal obviously expected only two guys and he got confused, when he saw four, he failed to focus on someone, that is why they appeared to be "lucky". They have informed the police, it was difficult to persuade the policemen to accept their application. Policemen have told them,

that they will hardly ever find the criminal, but have accepted the application.

4. On August 29 2012 Alina Kolosovskaya was accused in participation in a fight with neo-nazis. A search was conducted in her house, after that Alina was taken to the police and was questioned for almost 24 hours, she was threatened to be jailed.

5. Investigator Kochergin, who was conducting Alexey Sutuga case, summoned Alexey's mother for a conversation. During the conversation, he informed her that Alexey is a violent extremist and he is going to stay in prison for 12 years.

6. Alexey Sutuga wife — Olga, who lives in Kiev(Ukraine), has been attacked by neo-nazis twice. Her photograph is published on a Web-site, that is supposedly managed by the law-enforcement together with nazis.

The first attack happened during the action, where Olga was gathering funds two pay a lawyer for her husband. The second happened when she simply was in Kiev for her personal needs, just near the store, where she was buying clothes for her child.

Relatives and friends of antifascists suppose that the policemen are using nazis in their own interests.

As a result of modifying the case into more serious one, and of appearance of the third accused, the expenses of the relatives are growing.
